  • Your 21-day meal plan (including shopping lists and recipes)
  • Your 21 Yoga Strong videos - all stored in one convenient link
  • Your 21 guided audio meditations - all stored in one convenient link
  • Your link to join the private Facebook Group 
  • A shopping guide so you can check you have all the tools and equipment you need for this program (chances are, you already have the vast majority of this list!)

Whether you choose to rock out all 21 Yoga Strong classes, or devour your meditations, or even just peruse your meal plan, you’ll have all of the major tools you need for the retreat within the next week.

What makes this 21-day retreat better than your in-person retreats?
I don’t have a Facebook Account - is this retreat worth it for me? 

“Better” is totally the wrong word. An in-person wellness retreat is incredibly special - you get to bond with a group of women, you travel together on a wellness journey, it’s immersive, and you can take time just for yourself. On a virtual wellness retreat, you get all the benefits of an in-person retreat, without the cost and time commitment. At just a fraction of the cost (less than 1/30th the cost of my other retreats), and for just 30 minutes a day, you’ll experience an at-home wellness retreat for 21 whole days. 

I’d give this answer a resounding YES. I consistently hear that the Facebook Group is a favorite part of my past challenges, but that does not mean you have to participate in the group, especially for this retreat, since it’s at home, at your own pace, for YOU! 

Will I need to buy many more additional tools? 
How is this different than the Plant-Powered Challenge?

You know, probably not! I’m sending you a shoppable supply list, but chances are you already have a journal you could use, and you probably already have a yoga mat. Beyond the basics, there are just a few things that will make your retreat more fruitful, but, like I said, you probably already have them (or a great replacement), or you can grab them very inexpensively on Amazon. 

Great question. The PPC focuses almost exclusively on diet and nutrition, and is a great tool if you’ve wanted to transition to a plant-based diet. The 21-Day At-Home Wellness Retreat is much more holistic. While we discuss nutrition, and I share a 21-day meal plan (plus recipes and shopping guide) with you, the retreat also focuses on strength training, yoga, flexibility training, meditation, stress management, self care, sleep health, beauty and holistic wellness.
